I started my journey by building nationally competitive volleyball teams, guiding athletes to reach their highest potential, and instilling high-performance principles that seamlessly transitioned into my business ventures. From there, I built a coffee roasting distribution warehouse, which continues to operate successfully under its new owners. I then developed commercial new construction projects including over 20 Dollar General buildings across the Midwest. Building White Oak has brought me the most Joy and fulfillment in my journey to "Build the Life You Love". My most recent custom build has been our family greenhouse. My passion for gardening grounds this approach, reminding me that intentional care leads to lasting results.

LEAD
I've always had a passion for leadership, from athletics to business to personal relationships. I led my volleyball team to a national championship and my coffee roasting business to compete in America’s Best Espresso. I’ve guided family members across marathon finish lines, pushing them to achieve their personal goals. But perhaps my most rewarding leadership experience has been helping CEOs and business owners step out of the daily grind and reclaim their personal time—like starting their mornings with yoga alongside their daughters instead of being consumed by business operations.
